1. Inspiration and a goodbye message

    Here is one of my inspirations: It’s not how good you are, It’s how good you want to be from Paul Arden, Saatchi’s ex creative director.

    It might be common sense and a little bit cheesy, but…inspiration is always needed and sometimes it’s good to read these sentences all over again.

    I bought this little book in Tate Modern’s shop just after a brainwashing pitch at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ school award. It helped me to get back on track and believe again. In these days I need it again, more than everything. It’s not about pitches this time, but bosses who just turn you off and put personal interest just above corporate and client needs. Who want to make you believe your work is shit, even if everybody else knows it’ not.

    So here is my message for them: It’s not how good you are, but how good I will be.
